Our global limited editions serve art collectors with premium printed works custom produced in small amounts. We use a global approach to offer our clients the flexibility to display our art with the size and presentation that best fits their space and style.
Edition numbers are comprised of the sum of all printings, regardless of size or style. For example, for a single edition of 35 with 19 previously sold prints:
- An investment of a 16×24 Aluminum Metal print would be numbered 20/35
- A subsequent investment of a 20×30 Gallery Framed Giclée Print would be numbered 21/35
- And so on…
Within each gallery, you can identify a limited edition with a 
diamond icon in the upper right-hand corner.

What do the limited edition tier prices mean?
Limited edition pricing is tiered, in that Tier 1 printings are up to the middle of their edition cycle and have the lowest prices. Tier 2 pricing is reserved for printings for whom there are very few left.

Tier 2 pricing is ~20% higher than Tier 1 pricing and reflects a print’s increasing scarcity. We recommend that our clients invest in the art of their choice as early in each edition cycle as possible.
What constitutes a limited edition image?
We generally use one of two criteria to determine if a particular image rises to the level of being part of a limited edition.
- It is part of a special collection of unique imagery.
- It embodies, perhaps even more than its open edition image siblings, the common thread we’ve found among all the images we’ve captured: Awe and Enchantment.
How do I know this is an authentic Holland Photo Arts art piece?
Each print is digitally signed with the A&B heart on the print’s lower right.
Additionally, we will issue a digital, signed Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) in PDF format which, for limited editions, will also include the edition number and size. If you prefer, you can print the PDF and adhere it to the rear of the print, but is also fine as a standalone and is digital-first for your convenience.
Your choice of framing or mounting has no bearing on limited edition prints, which are global editions as explained above. We want you to be able to display the work that fits best in your space.
