Stunning doesn’t even do Jess justice!

Just another crazy windy day at the Jefferson!

The guys were all helpful in keeping the gals warm.

Love that Bill not only caught the sun flare, but also the airplane!

Pretty much everybody loves a bride and groom. How can you not smile?!

LOVE this one!

Sometimes it’s just too hard to turn it off.

Love this one BIG!

One of Bill’s favorites of Anne’s.

Another of Anne’s favorites of Bill’s – gotta love mirrors!

Dear j&j,

What fun we had with you!

On your beautiful Fall wedding day, we visited the Jefferson Memorial for portraits to yet again find the Tidal Basin awash in a cold, stiff breeze. But you were undeterred (although we observed you had a certain affinity for shots taken in the warm sun ;-)) and up for anything. Seeing your mom, Jess, look at you with such pure love once you signed the Ketubah was a moment we’ll not soon forget. Your wedding ceremony was like a comfortable cocoon, with you surrounded by your parents and a gorgeous display of flowers with supportive friends and family looking on. At the reception, yours might have been the longest hora dance ever, and anyone who has seen them in the past would be similarly impressed. Such energy! It was all the perfect blend of decorum and excitement, carefree attitude and tears of joy. And we loved it all.

We knew when we first met and knew how important photography is to you both, that this was going to be a match made in heaven. We’ve so enjoyed getting to know you both over the past months. Jess, your attention to detail and the enjoyment of your family, friends, and guests was so evident. Jeff, your eye for design and composition in your photography, certainly helped create a dramatic, yet warm atmosphere. You both helped plan a wedding everyone wanted to be a guest at! 🙂

Thank you so much for including us in your celebration and trusting us to document it all for you. Congratulations to you both!

xoxo,
…a&b
