The Love Notes Postcard Club is born out of our lifelong mission and desire for connection. For decades, our photography work has been about slowing down, and watching and waiting—for couples losing themselves in each other’s eyes during their first dance, for the morning sun to illuminate the Grand Tetons, or for a congregation of gulls to take flight along an Oregon beach.

To tell a story…

…and words.

Friends, let’s send more love out into the world. You don’t need to write a long letter to let someone know you’re thinking of them. And let’s be honest. While a postcard is physically a small thing, it’s a real thing.

It is not a text message on a digital screen.

It is something you can hold in your hand.

It has emotional weight.

It’s evidence you are cared for when you receive one.

That someone took time out of their busy day to let you know that they’re thinking of you.

And we’re thinking of you.

Each season, project members receive:

• Five 5×7 fine art postcard prints with First Class stamps in a different curated theme, printed on thick 130# matte soft linen paper stock
• Personal letter from a&b discussing the inspiration behind that quarter’s theme as well as the individual postcard prints, think Behind the Print & Tranquil Tuesdays, but more intimate
• A meaningful gift that fits that season’s theme
• Other thoughtful surprises and touches created just for that season
• A unique and special unwrapping experience

Every three months you’ll receive something to read, something to hold and something to give. And at the very least, you’ll guarantee yourself a beautiful and fun package to open.

Our past wedding clients always received, in addition to a personalized journal post on our site, a silk covered box containing every print from their wedding day. 

Because it’s important to hold something tangible in your hand.

Because it’s important to relive special moments. And sometimes to feel just like you were there.

To travel somewhere else—if even just for a moment—through images and words, each carefully curated especially for you.

Should we have extra postcard sets, we’ll make them available for purchase, without the gifts, letter, or special packaging. And once they’re gone, they’re gone.
